Fibrofit: This warm, saltwater pool program focusses on increasing range of motion, strength and stretching to loosen up stiff and achy joints.  

Nutritional Coaching: After a thorough analysis and research of your health and food preferences, I'll design a personalized nutrition plan just for you.

Personal Training: After thorough research of your health & physical condition, I'll design an exercise program specific to your individual needs and goals.
