50+ Fitness Classes 

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase joint stability, agility, coordination, muscular strength and balance to prevent falls.

Monday and Thursday 10-11 am

Boot Camp Fitness

 

These one hour fitness classes combine a mix of cardio and strengthening exercises, which have the aim of providing an all over body workout.

Nakusp Legion Hall Tuesday 9-10 am 

Nakusp Elementary School Gym

Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm
